You might be inside it if

Is the outcome attributed to a process, algorithm, or system rather than a person?
Would a different outcome require a different person, or just a different process?
Can you identify the moment the decision was made?
Is 'neutrality' being used as a shield against accountability?
When someone repeatedly fails the category, does the system read the mismatch as evidence against the category — or as evidence against the person?

Hard to see because there's no decision-maker to hold accountable — 'the process made the call'.
