Questions this pattern asks
- If the problem is assigned to this one person, what around it gets to stay exactly as it was?
- What word is this arrangement using to place its cost inside the person paying it?
- Does the behavior go away when the barrier is removed, or only when the person changes?
- Who decided this, and what account makes it sound as if nobody did?
- Who is being blamed for an outcome they had no power to change?
Objections this pattern answers
-
